Prechat is an AI-powered conversation simulation tool. It allows users to paste conversation text and receive AI-generated simulated replies for personal use only.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Prechat. If you are under 18, you confirm that your parent or guardian has reviewed these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Prechat to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm any individual
• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or fraudulent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the Service's infrastructure
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law

5. Content

You retain ownership of conversation text you paste into Prechat. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process that text solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your conversations for AI training or share them with third parties.

6. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated replies are simulations only. They are not predictions, advice, or representations of how any real person will respond. Do not treat simulated replies as factual or as a substitute for professional guidance.

7. Availability

We provide the Service on an "as is" basis and make no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or continued availability. We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prechat and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
